The Apology Project
This is a music video for “I’m gonna do better” from the Sycamore album. it’s also an interactive website that allows you to inject your own message of atonement and send it privately (or publicly), in the music video, to somebody who maybe you done wrong. The website was designed by the crazy talented Brent Fagerburg, with digital development by Brendan Crich and Michael Barnum, with help from Alex Swiderski, who are all freaking geniuses if you ask me, or if you don’t ask me. The video was edited entirely from user-generated content by Nick Edelberg. The song was recorded live by Chris Shepard at Chicago Recording Company with the magnificent Apollo Chorus, directed and arranged by Dr. Stephen Alltop. It was mixed by Manny Sanchez at I.V. Lab Studios, Chicago.
